What Youโ€™ll Deliver

As an HCM Business Consultant, youโ€™ll drive new client growth by building a strong pipeline and guiding prospects from first conversation through signed agreement and early implementation. This role exists to connect organizations with the right HCM solutions while meeting assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach
- Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle
- Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions
- Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity
Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred; CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Valid, non-restrictive driverโ€™s license; ability to travel domestically as needed

Your day is spent onsite in Raleigh, balancing focused outreach blocks with scheduled conversations.
