They design and manage full-scale incentive trips, handling every detail from flights, transfers, and accommodations to curated dining experiences, meetings, training sessions, and bespoke activities. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, our client creates inspiring programs that drive engagement and reward performance. Objective of the Role The Sales Executive will spearhead business development efforts by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in the incentive travel industry. This role demands a proven track record in incentive travel sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of incentive program design with strategic selling expertise to achieve revenue goals. Ideal Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven success in selling incentive travel programs, including full-service trip management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the incentive travel industry, beyond hotels or air travel, with experience managing complex itineraries involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
