Location: New Jersey/ Remote
Duration: 8 Months (Contract)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Pharma/Medtech client in coordinating multiple workstreams across the supply chain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional initiatives, drive collaboration between teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee activities across various supply chain workstreams.
  • Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and vendor management teams as needed.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree.
  • 12-15 years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or MedTech industries.
  • Strong background managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with supply chain operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • New Jersey-based candidates are preferred but open to remote candidates for the right fit.
