Inizio Evoke Comms is a global, award-winning health communications agency partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, consumer, and non-profit clients to deliver insights-driven public relations, policy, and communications programs that advance health and wellbeing worldwide.
This is a remote or hybrid role out of our New York City or Philadelphia office
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering integrated communications programmes across a range of healthcare clients. You'll manage day-to-day project delivery, develop high-quality communications materials, and build strong relationships with clients, partners and internal teams. Working with increasing autonomy, you'll contribute to programme planning, support new business initiatives, and help mentor junior colleagues while continuing to develop your strategic communications expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, building strong relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
  • Manage projects and workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved with minimal supervision.
  • Develop high-quality communications materials, including press releases, Q&As, reports, presentations, social media content and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate programme activities and events, working closely with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, client recommendations and new business activities, including research, proposals and presentations.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to strengthen client programmes and communications.

Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years' experience in communications, public relations, healthcare marketing or a related field.
  • Agency and/or healthcare communications experience preferred, with exposure to public and/or private sector healthcare organisations.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality client-ready materials.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail, research skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare/Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred.
