This position is located in Tucson and the candidate must be willing to relocate to the Tucson Area.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Arizona. This role blends hormone replacement therapy (HRT), aesthetic services, and advanced laser treatments in a high-quality, medically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) treatment plans
  • Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) in accordance with Arizona regulations
  • Perform (or train to perform) aesthetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
  • Deliver or oversee laser treatments following appropriate training and certification
  • Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state regulations and medical protocols
  • Collaborate with supervising provider and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Arizona
  • Experience in aesthetics and/or injectables preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 year working experience within injectables and laser treatments strongly preferred
  • Ability to complete the required 8-hour laser certification course (LSO) if not already certified
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety and compliance
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
  • Must adhere to Arizona medical regulations, including proper delegation and supervision for laser procedures
  • Laser treatments require oversight by a licensed provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) and appropriate certification
