Overview:

We're looking for a motivated client services professional to join our Account Management team as an Account Coordinator. This is an entry level position to a class-leading client services team. The Account Coordinator works as part of a team in a supportive capacity to effectively collaborate with our sponsors to activate campaigns that enable them to reach and engage their target audience on Medscape. You will be responsible for understanding the foundational facets required in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Account Lead on assigned accounts, as well as helping to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Client Satisfaction: Identify opportunities to improve overall client satisfaction, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services and products. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Communication and Reporting: Direct point of contact with customers. Prepare various client-facing reports, ensuring accuracy of project details and meeting client deadlines. Present regular updates and reports to clients and management.
  • Project and Account Management Assistance: Work with Account Managers and Project Managers to help manage customer satisfaction by understanding and documenting project statuses.
  • Project Data Metrics Support: Collect and document critical project data metrics, including tracking tags and program IDs, essential for meeting client satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Internal Team Coordination Support: Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects receive necessary client approvals, working in collaboration with senior-level account managers and supervisors to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and products.
  • Client Management Development: Participate in building a strong foundation for client management, enhancing presentation skills, and effectively articulating product value.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1+ years of experience
  • Experience with a combination of digitalproduction, media, agency, publisher, and/or healthcare experience - pharmaceutical agency experience a plus
  • G-suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workfront or other Project Management systems (eg, Basecamp, MS Project) or related experience and knowledge is preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry) a plus

Salary range: $53,500 - $58,500
