Travel Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS / ARRT)
Winston-Salem & Salisbury, North Carolina

Earn Up Up to $3,400/week per Week
Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week | 13-Week Travel Assignment
Taxable hourly pay up to $64/hour, plus applicable housing and meal stipends for eligible travelers.

Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologists for exciting travel opportunities with a leading North Carolina healthcare system.

These assignments offer the opportunity to work in high-acuity cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology environments, assisting physicians during diagnostic and minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures.

Assignment Highlights:

The Winston-Salem unit accepts first-time travelers, uses Epic documentation, requires ACLS and ARRT CI, and includes rotating on-call coverage.ย 

The Salisbury assignment also accepts first-time travelers and notes that approximately 90% of the caseload is Interventional Radiology, making recent IR experience highly desirable.ย 

Required Qualifications:
  • Active ARRT (CI) or RCIS certification.
  • Current ACLS.
  • Minimum 2 years recent Cath Lab experience.
  • Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
  • Strong sterile technique.
  • Experience scrubbing and circulating procedures.
  • Comfortable participating in on-call rotations.

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in the following will be highly competitive:
  • Coronary angiography.
  • Left & Right Heart Catheterization.
  • PCI.
  • Cardiac Stent Placement.
  • IABP.
  • Impella.
  • Rotational Atherectomy.
  • TAVR.
  • Watchman.
  • OCT.
  • IVUS.
  • Vascular Closure Devices.
  • Fluoroscopy.
  • Siemens or GE imaging systems.
  • Mac-Lab.
  • Epic.
  • Interventional Radiology procedures.

On-Call Requirement:
Technologists participate in scheduled on-call rotations and must be available to respond to emergency STEMI and urgent cardiovascular procedures during assigned call periods.
