Certified Medication Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living community. In this role, you’ll provide prescribed medications, support resident care, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
  • Document medications, monitor resident condition, and report changes to healthcare staff.
  • Assist with vital signs, lab collections, and follow-up communications with families and providers.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator (HCC) in staff training, documentation, and incident reporting.
  • Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
What We’re Looking For
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing required.
  • At least 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and supporting resident mobility.
