• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to address their needs effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment modalities as necessary.
• Provide ongoing consultation for creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support strategies.
• Ensure that all required documentation is completed swiftly, complying with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of client records.
• Actively participate in accreditation processes, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to agency standards.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Engage in community outreach to promote programs, secure partnerships, and identify funding opportunities, enhancing the agency’s impact.
• Pursue continuing education through conferences and workshops, representing the agency and sharing insights gathered from external resources.
• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions, enhancing community awareness and engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be working with a varied patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with unique needs due to developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. You will implement individualized treatment plans while fostering supportive relationships to encourage client engagement and participation in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential to practice within our organization.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings or similar environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a penchant for using them in therapeutic scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse populations and adapt methods to meet varying cultural and individual needs.
