Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Pay: $55.00/hour
Location: Carroll & Howard County, MD
Job Type: Contract (16 Weeks)
Schedule: Full-Time, Weekdays
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: August 3, 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health to join our team on a 16-week contract assignment serving patients throughout Carroll and Howard Counties, Maryland. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes while working independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in home health settings.
  • Assess patients and monitor their ongoing healthcare needs.
  • Implement and manage physician-ordered care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care plans.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Communicate patient progress and concerns with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and agency policies.
