  • Partner with leadership on clinical operations, census growth, and staffing strategy
  • Help establish workflows that support efficient, compliant scaling

Community Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners in South Central Indiana

What You Bring

  • Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license
  • Minimum 2 years RN experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and Conditions of Participation
  • OASIS experience required
  • Good computer skills with the ability to use MSOffice products and use of secure networks to type reports and input and view data in systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and support clinicians in the field
  • Organized, solutions-oriented, and confident in clinical decision-making

Work-Life Balance

  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Employee assistance program
  • Supplemental insurance plans such as Short-term Disability, and more.
