About Us

Policy Pulse Innovations is a fast-growing insurance brokerage focused on helping clients navigate Medicare and related health coverage options. We combine high-volume call center operations with field sales support across multiple states. Our team is built on compliance, training, and performance-driven growth.

Role Overview

We’re seeking motivated Medicare Sales Agents to join our sales team. You’ll educate prospects on Medicare Advantage and related products, guide them through enrollment, and maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations. This is a base-plus-commission role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/inbound calls and consultations to assess clients’ Medicare needs
  • Present suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D plan options
  • Guide prospects through the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and compliance systems
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Complete all required continuing education and compliance training
  • Adhere to CMS, state DOI, and company compliance policies at all times

Requirements

  • Active Health license
  • Must have the ability to appoint with UHC or have UHC release in hand
  • Have at least 8 states
  • 1+ years of experience in Medicare sales, insurance sales, or high-volume inside sales preferred
  • Strong phone presence, persuasion skills, and closing ability
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic data entry
  • Must pass background check and comply with all licensing/AML requirements
