Position Overview

Insurance Lounge is redefining the insurance experience through a modern, client-first retail model. The Customer Support Team Member plays a key role in delivering a seamless and consistent experience for our clientssupporting both initial engagement and ongoing service needs.


This role is focused on client support, operational execution, and team collaboration, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care from first contact through the life of their policy.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys working as part of a team. Insurance experience is valuable but not requiredwe will train the right person.


Key Responsibilities


Client Intake & Pre-Sale Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound clients (phone, in-person, digital)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to support team productivity and client flow
  • Gather and input client information accurately into the agency management system (Applied Epic)
  • Assist with client follow-up and outreach to support appointment setting and engagement


Post-Bind Client Service

  • Assist existing clients with policy updates, billing questions, and general service needs
  • Process service-related transactions including endorsements, cancellations, and document requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the system
  • Coordinate with internal team members and carriers to ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Support renewal preparation and retention efforts


Operations & Team Support

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within the office
