Requirements/Certifications:

  • Candidates can work either in Scottsdale (preferable) or Maryland Heights
  • Hours flexible, typically 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, M-F
  • Strong phone and data entry skills required
  • Proficient with MS Office software.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM.
  • Strong ten key user.
  • Results and solution oriented; not afraid to ask questions
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service, claims, or general office.
  • High School /GED

Description:

Responsible for creation and maintenance of the enrollment and disenrollment of eligible Medicare Part D enrollees.

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluates data and determines what process is required for specific systems and accounts.
  • Processes member enrollment and change of coverage requests.
  • Corresponds with contacts regarding member and data.
  • Resolves problems with automated transmission of authorizations.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate keying of enrollment and disenrollment.
