Senior Health Solutions is a state-licensed agency that specializes in Medicare Life and Health Insurance.  We take pride in outstanding customer service and deliver quality service to all.
This is not a remote position.
Job Summary
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Agent, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.  We offer an extensive paid training program, good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals.
Job Requirements
  1. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
  2. Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to what clients are saying
  3. Ability to multitask
  4. Good computer and keyboarding skills
  5. Ability to learn new software quickly
  6. Outgoing and energetic attitude
  7. Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
  8. Previous translating experience, in work position a plus (not required)
