Job description

What will your job involve?
Driving & Route Responsibilities
  • Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
  • Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
  • Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
  • Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
  • Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
Physical & Customer‑Facing Work
  • Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
  • Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
  • Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
What are we looking for?
  • Valid Class B CDL or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
  • Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
  • Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
  • Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude
  • Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices
