Job description

Medical Technologist 1

Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care. In certain entities (BOS Urgent Cares), Lab Techs will be required to support the TEAM CARE Model to ensure patient workflow efficiencies are met, and patient satisfaction goals achieved. Estimated pay range for this position is $32.12 - $41.76 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees: Associates. Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support. Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Additional Qualifications: Associate Degree in Medical Technology or related science or equivalent education as required by the State of Florida. Bachelor's degree preferred. State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License or Temporary Clinical Laboratory License in appropriate discipline(s). Complete knowledge of laboratory medical technology theory and practice. BLS certification required for BOS Urgent Care locations only. Minimum Required Experience: No Experience Required
