Med Tech Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field; Associate's degree in MLT also accepted.
  • Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Experience as a generalist is helpful but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in lab techniques and the use of lab equipment.
