TAT Technologies ("TAT") is a fast-growing, profitable provider of aerospace thermal management, power and actuation products, and repair services. TAT Technologies' Greensboro site serves as the company's Center of Excellence for Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) and landing gear MRO services, as well as aircraft component leasing solutions. Supporting commercial and military aircraft operators worldwide, the site provides integrated maintenance and asset management solutions that maximize fleet availability, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance.

TAT Technologies is looking for qualified Stockroom Associate. The Stockroom Associate maintains operation, organization, inventory control and associated documentation of the Parts Room. Maintain for compliance with FAA, ISO, EASA and SOX regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and stocks parts into inventory from vendors.
  • Fulfills the Parts Room walk-up window and printed orders.
  • Properly locates received inventory.
  • Rotates, separates and organizes stock parts.
  • Does cycle counts and inventory counts as assigned, paying close attention to accuracy.
  • At times must investigate shortages and miscounts within the Shop and the receiving dock.
  • Knowledge of 6S and its purpose.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED minimum . Recommended one or more years of experience with inventory.
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Patience and tolerance for interruptions and reprioritization.
  • Position requires fulfillment of all physical and written tasks related to Parts Receiving and distribution.
  • Comprehend and compliance with FAA requirements and procedures around receiving, housing, rotating, protecting, segregating and distributing airworthy and non-airworthy parts.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly area.
  • Standard office equipment such as copier, printer, fax machine, calculator, phone and computer.
  • Management of custom software (Quantum and others as upgraded.
  • Experience with MS Office Applications (or other computer software that may be necessary.
