Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00

The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $24.00. We want to be transparent about this as we continue discussions.

Hour: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

The Medical Supply Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator supports home health operations by managing medical supply inventory and fulfillment activities for new and existing clinicians. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing new hire car boxes and shipping them to regional offices before clinicians begin work to ensure readiness on day one. The coordinator also receives and unpacks inbound shipments from medical supply vendors, stocks and organizes inventory, monitors expiration dates, and helps maintain accurate supply levels for field operations. In addition, this role provides backup support to Medical Supply Coordinators by assisting with the Graham Storefront and fulfilling supply shipments directly to clinicians' homes. The position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, organization, and the ability to perform hands-on physical work.

Medical Supply Inventory and Fulfillment CoordinatorResponsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare new hire car boxes with required medical supplies and equipment for home health clinicians.

  • Coordinate timely shipment of new hire car boxes to regional offices prior to clinician start dates to support day-one readiness.

  • Receive, open, inspect, and unpack inbound deliveries from medical supply vendors and verify items against packing slips or order documentation.

  • Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated storage areas to maintain appropriate supply levels for field and regional office needs.

  • Notify Medical Supply Coordinators when supplies need to be reordered to maintain adequate inventory for completing car boxes.

  • Monitor and rotate inventory based on expiration dates and remove or report expired or soon-to-expire items in accordance with company processes.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movement, and report inventory variances, shortages, or supply issues to leadership as appropriate.

  • Support supply fulfillment activities for clinicians and regional offices, including preparing, packaging, and shipping requested supplies accurately and on time.

  • Provide backup coverage for Medical Supply Coordinators by assisting with the Graham Storefront and shipping supplies directly to clinicians' homes when needed.

  • Communicate with internal team members, regional offices, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding shipment status, inventory needs, substitutions, and supply concerns.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow standard procedures for handling, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment.
