The Aesthetic Provider will perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments, and laser hair removal, while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope-of-practice requirements, company policies, and governing standards
โ€ข Administer services including, but not limited to, injectables, skin rejuvenation treatments, and laser hair removal
โ€ข Evaluate client candidacy for services and recommend individualized treatment plans
โ€ข Educate clients about treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions, and additional services that support their goals
โ€ข Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up
โ€ข Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
โ€ข Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and client-ready between appointments
โ€ข Perform routine equipment checks and report concerns as needed
โ€ข Partner with operations and sales teams to support clinic performance and growth goals
โ€ข Maintain clinical proficiency through ongoing education and professional development
โ€ข Travel between locations as needed
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

โ€ข Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant license in good standing
โ€ข Previous aesthetic-provider experience preferred; compensation will be based on level of aesthetic experience
โ€ข Experience with injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser services, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable
โ€ข Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Comfortable recommending treatment plans and educating clients in a professional, client-centered manner
โ€ข Warm, polished, and welcoming bedside manner
โ€ข Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Proficiency with EMR or CRM systems; experience with Zenoti is a plus
โ€ข Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
โ€ข Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Schedule Commitment:

Candidates must be able to commit to working evening hours and Saturdays based on clinic needs. Evening and Saturday availability is an essential requirement for both full-time and part-time positions.
