Our patient population consists of individuals facing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and seek assistance in overcoming addiction. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in providing empathetic support, facilitating their journeys towards recovery while addressing their emotional and psychological needs throughout the detoxification process.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and strategies to address mental health issues.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with patients and their families.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
• Previous experience working in a detoxification or rehabilitation facility is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and management.
