Position Description
Join a clean, fully conditioned, well-organized shop where you'll build high-quality custom insulation covers used across the U.S. We'll teach you everything you need to know - no experience required. Check out our video below:

Essential Job Duties:
  • Learn and use a variety of shop skills (sewing, fabrication, cutting, CNC, inspection)
  • Follow drawings and measurements
  • Keep up with daily production goals
  • Work safely and support a positive team environment
  • Pitch in with overtime when needed

Position Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
  • A good attitude and steady work habits
  • Willingness to learn sewing machines and other shop tools
  • Basic reading, writing, and math
  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:
  • Sit and stand on and off for 8 to 10 hours
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Manual dexterity required for operating sewing machine and manipulating materials and thread
  • Able to visually see and read detailed drawings and measurements
