WorkSolo is a professional creation tool built for AI creators. It empowers independent creators, studios, and creative professionals with AI-native workflows to ideate, produce, and publish high-quality content - from concept to final output. As we expand globally, we're looking for a creative and technically fluent AI Script Editor to help define what great AI-generated storytelling looks like for international audiences.Key Responsibilities:

AI Content Evaluation & Process Design

- Lead the evaluation of AI-generated content quality, establishing clear benchmarks and frameworks for narrative effectiveness, emotional resonance, and audience engagement

- Design and continuously refine end-to-end content generation workflows in close collaboration with Agent engineers

- Develop testing methodologies and feedback loops to systematically improve AI output quality across storylines, dialogue, and scene construction

Skill Development & Iteration

- Own the optimization and iterative improvement of creative-focused AI Skills within the WorkSolo platform

- Translate real-world screenwriting craft into structured, reusable prompt engineering patterns and workflow templates

- Document and share skill learnings to build a scalable creative knowledge base for the team

Content Quality & Localization

- Ensure AI-generated storylines are highly consumable, emotionally compelling, and culturally resonant for overseas audiences

- Apply deep knowledge of international content consumption habits to shape plot structures, pacing, character arcs, and dialogue styles

- Serve as the creative quality bar-raiser - reviewing, editing, and elevating AI-generated scripts to professional production standards

Who We Look ForQualifications

- 1-5 years of screenwriting experience for overseas short dramas, films, or series; at least one produced and released overseas project required

- Substantial hands-on experience with AI co-creation; fluent with mainstream SOTA models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and their application in creative workflows

- Has developed a personal, distinctive AI-assisted writing workflow with documented skill and prompt libraries

- Native-level English writing ability; capable of producing scripts that read as authentically Western in voice, tone, and cultural reference

- Solid understanding of overseas content ecosystems - including streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube), short-form drama platforms (Webtoon, Wattpad, Radish), and social video trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels)

- Bonus: Experience with short-form vertical drama formats, interactive storytelling, or AI-generated visual narrative content

- Comfortable working at the intersection of creative craft and technical systems; ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and product teams

Location State(s)

US-California-Los AngelesThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $97,500.00 to $183,500.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee's tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
