The Traveling Medical Scribe supports Primary Care Providers by efficiently documenting medical encounters during one-week travel assignments. This role requires expertise in clinical terminology, electronic health record management, and strong physician support, primarily within primary care settings using eClinicalWorks. The scribe ensures accurate patient interaction, thorough chart review, and timely report generation to enhance clinical workflows and patient care quality.

Responsibilities

  • Document medical encounters accurately and efficiently
  • Interact with patients to gather relevant clinical information
  • Enter patient data into electronic health records (eClinicalWorks)
  • Review patient charts for completeness and accuracy
