Medical Sales Manager

We are hiring a Medical Sales Manager to lead and grow a nationwide team of Medical Sales Representatives focused on physician engagement and business development within the wound care industry. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who can recruit, coach, motivate, and drive performance while building strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations. Work from anywhere in the U.S.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Remote Medical Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish sales strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive consistent growth across assigned territories.
  • Monitor team activity, pipeline development, appointment-setting efforts, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs, field visits, and coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives as the team expands.
  • Work directly with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare providers to support key account development and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data and CRM activity to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute nationwide growth initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of medical sales experience, preferably calling on physicians' offices and healthcare practices.
  • Prior wound care sales experience strongly preferred. Candidates with direct wound care product, service, or treatment sales experience will be given priority consideration.
  • 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of wound care, healthcare services, or related medical sales environments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to manage performance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a remote nationwide team.
  • Ability to travel as needed for team development, customer meetings, and business growth initiatives.
