Job Summary
Large cardiology practice seeking experienced part-time Medical Receptionists for our St. Clair Shores Location. The Medical Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all of our patients and visitors entering our office. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients/clients/visitors to the practice
- Schedule appointments, enter patient demographics
- Collect patient balances, co-pays/deductibles at the time of service
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Perform other duties as may be needed
Qualifications and Skills
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a customer service focus. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, well organized and a team player with a positive attitude and must be have experience with an EMR (Epic preferred).
