We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing multi-site pain management practice.
This position is not an office manager role. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed multiple departments, held employees accountable, and driven operational performance in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting.
Our Practice
9 clinic locations
Ambulatory Surgery Center
5 providers (growing)
Approximately 30 employees
Approximately 1,500 patient visits per month
Rapidly expanding organization with additional providers and locations planned
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has managed a multi-provider physician practice.
Has supervised managers, team leads, or department supervisors.
Is comfortable making decisions and holding employees accountable.
Can coach, develop, and mentor staff.
Thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Is highly organized and follows through on commitments.
Can build systems rather than simply maintain existing ones.
Is comfortable working directly with executive leadership.
Understands that leadership includes both supporting employees and holding them accountable.
Primary Responsibility
The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization executes at a high level every day.
This includes making sure that:
Team Leads are accomplishing their responsibilities.
Department managers are meeting expectations.
Staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Training is completed.
Operational initiatives assigned by executive leadership are implemented.
Problems are addressed promptly rather than allowed to continue.
Projects are completed on time.
Clinics operate consistently across all locations.
This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring that expectations communicated by leadership are carried out throughout the organization.
