Essential Job FunctionsLeadership & Management
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and staff, both in person and over the phone.

  • Drive operational excellence by meeting or exceeding company-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Coach and mentor staff toward their performance goals, building a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Lead weekly team meetings to align on goals, deliver ongoing training, and maintain franchise consistency.

  • Take a hands-on approach to enforcing company policies, ensuring clinic cleanliness, staff accountability, and operational efficiency.

  • Apply strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills to complete responsibilities accurately and on time.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues across clinical, operational, service, and personnel areas, putting solutions in place quickly.

  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arise.

Administrative
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, patient registration, scheduling, and cash handling.

  • Oversee verification of benefits, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory management, and banking tasks.

  • Use company-approved telephone scripts to schedule appointments and engage patients effectively.

  • Conduct individual consultations to present services, onboard new patients, and drive sales.

  • Follow up with patients to track progress, address missed appointments, and ensure a positive experience.

Clinical
  • Perform clinical tasks including patient vitals, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy (training provided if needed).

  • Counsel patients on their progress and dietary goals during weekly visits, offering personalized support.

  • Document patient progress accurately in charts and/or EMR systems.

  • Take on additional clinical duties as needed to support the team and patients.
