The Operations Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day operational success of a premium tobacco retail program by ensuring seamless scheduling, staffing, logistics, reporting, compliance, and administrative support. This role partners closely with Field Operations Managers and client stakeholders to coordinate field activities, maintain operational excellence, support workforce management processes, and ensure accurate program execution.
The Operations Manager leverages strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and deliver consistent results across all program operations. Ideal candidates have experience in operations, project management, or workforce coordination, with a strong attention to detail and advanced reporting capabilities.
