Job description

The Medical Office Supervisor provides supervision to the Medical Secretaries in all daily activies as assigned. Tasks could include collection of data, coordination of information, assistance with schedules and messages, as well as other tasks. Is also an active member of the clerical team and still performs all clerical duties as time allows.

Acts as a team lead for the clerical staff, coordinating daily needs and ensuring processes are followed. Helps to coordiante scheules throughout the office and also manages supplies. As a supervisor, employee would be expected to be a champion in the office, assisting management in any initiative that was currently in progress.
