Division Office Support Assistant

Rea Landscape Management is a growing company seeking a hard-working, dependable, and organized Division Office Support Assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Part-time team members may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company and role continue to grow. This positionprovides office and administrative support to the Directors of our Maintenance, Construction, and Fleet Services divisions. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping with a variety of daily tasks that keep each division organized and operating efficiently.

Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or fleet services is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone willing to learn, take initiative, and enjoy being a reliable resource for a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily office and administrative support to the Directors of Maintenance, Construction, and Fleet Services.
  • Assist with organizing paperwork, files, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and other division records.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with employees, vendors, customers, and subcontractors.
  • Help maintain employee schedules, training information, meetings, and company dates.
  • Enter and update information in company software, spreadsheets, and other systems as needed.
  • Assist with tracking materials, equipment, inventory, and documentation for maintenance and construction operations.
  • Coordinate with division team members to gather information, provide updates, and help keep tasks on track.
  • Help with ordering office supplies, materials, parts, or other items as needed.
  • Run occasional errands, including picking up supplies, materials, or parts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and work environment.
  • Use computers, scanners, printers, phones, and other office technology for daily tasks.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the company and its divisions.

Qualifications

  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or operations support experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
