An established and highly respected ophthalmology-led practice in Elizabethtown, Kentucky is seeking a motivated optometrist to join its experienced clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an optometrist looking to work within a strong medical model, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care rather than high-volume refractive testing.

The role will involve:

  • Medical optometry
  • Primary eye care
  • Post-surgical care and cataract co-management
  • Managing a consistent and established patient flow

The practice has been serving the local community for decades and operates from a modern, well-equipped site with experienced support staff, an on-site optical department, and strong clinical infrastructure already in place.

What's On Offer:
  • Salary up to ยฃ120,000-$130,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus incentive: 10% over collections above $275k annually
  • Monday to Friday schedule
