Job description

This role will require two days a week (minimum) in-office in Philadelphia, PA or Durham, NC.

As an HCP Marketing Manager in specialty immunology, you willbe leading key projects focused on the development of HCP personal promotional tactics across multiple indications. Candidate should be a self-starter, who has a passion for ensuring marketing campaignsare customer focused, competitive, and innovative.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, responsibilities include...

  • Lead development of assigned HCP personal promotional tactics - including developing project briefs to ensure promotional materials will deliver on the brand strategy and meet business objectives

  • Create and deliver robust field engagement plans providing clarity of direction and rationale for requested activities to ensure customer-facing teams have innovative materials necessary to effectively engage customers in complaint discussions

  • Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Medical, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory)

  • Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs through application of learnings from market research, data analysis, and insight generation

  • Effectively lead cross-functional team of internal and external partners, including multiple agencies (professional AOR, scientific communications agency, etc.) and project teams to drive execution

  • Work effectively and collaboratively as an equal partner across a matrix marketing organization

  • Measure and track performance of key tactics

  • Work closely with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • BS/BA, preferably in Business /Marketing or Health Sciences related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience (Relevant commercial experience may include sales, training, or communications in an agency, CPG or pharma company. Healthcare marketing can include brand marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these.)

  • Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA

  • HCP marketing experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working in biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals, including experience in commercialization, marketing, strategy, or market access

  • Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with primary and secondary market research.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision making

  • Budget management experience.

  • Experience implementing projects within pharma including copy approval experience.

  • Experience managing external Agencies.
