Creates an empowering environment for medical assistant staff, promoting teamwork, professional development, and continuous quality improvement. Monitors and adjusts patient flow, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficiency and access standards, while supporting telephone operations and resource management. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining necessary equipment and supplies to support clinical operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc

  • Demonstrated excellent communication, team building and organizational skills
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
     

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
