Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

Axon Medical Centers is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our Austin team. This role is essential in supporting both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Our clinic treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, spine-related conditions, and vestibular concerns, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints

Assist providers with patient care and procedures as needed

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment

Support patient flow to ensure timely and efficient visits

Schedule appointments and assist with front office duties as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Provide excellent customer service and patient communication

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification preferred (not required with experience)

Previous clinical experience is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
