The Materials Management Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator) reports to the Site Supply Chain Manager. Under limited supervision, the Materials Management Coordinator supervises the staff, the inventory management and distribution function for the Medical Center.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for completing daily work assignments, manage PTO and holiday schedules as well as produce the Supply Tech's routine schedule. In conjunction with the site supply chain manager, the coordinator will hold their staff accountable for meeting guidelines and expectations set forth by MUHA policy. This includes, but is not limited to, attendance and behavioral expectations.
