What is a medical lab professional?

Medical lab professionals, also known as medical laboratory scientists or technicians, are healthcare workers who perform laboratory tests on patient samples such as blood, urine, and tissue. Their work helps doctors diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases by providing vital information about a patient's health. They are trained to operate complex equipment, analyze results, and ensure quality control in the lab. These professionals work in hospitals, clinics, research labs, and public health organizations.
