A Culture of Partnership and Innovation
This position is more than just a job; it's being part of a supportive community. You'll collaborate with colleagues who are equally committed to enhancing the quality of clinical practices. In-lab meetings for seasonal updates, ongoing competency evaluations, and initiatives aimed at refining processes create an inviting atmosphere where creativity thrives. You will be encouraged to participate in committees, suggest enhancements to protocols, and provide mentorship to newcomers in the field.
