The Medical Lab Tech performs routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunohematology. Responsibilities include specimen collection, analysis, and reporting to support patient diagnosis and treatment. Accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to lab safety protocols are essential.
