What’s a typical day as Data Entry Clerk? You’ll be:
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining information accurately in databases and electronic systems.
  • Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency according to quality standards.
  • Organizing, filing, and managing electronic documents and records.
  • Working with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic document management systems.
  • Following established procedures for data entry and documentation.
  • Identifying and reporting missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
  • Assisting with document tracking, record organization, and other administrative tasks within the Quality Department.
  • Learning and applying new software, processes, and department procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling company documentation responsibly.
  • Working independently while meeting deadlines and project expectations.
