Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our and Project Management and Application teams. This role provides hands-on experience within an OEM environment, assisting with project coordination, resource planning, process improvement initiatives, documentation management, and internal collaboration efforts. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with resource planning and scheduling activities for customer projects and installations.
  • Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Track project action items, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with post-installation documentation, closeout activities, and record management.
  • Support data collection and reporting for operational metrics and planning processes.
  • Help coordinate communication and collaboration activities across internal departments.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of SharePoint sites and team resources.
  • Create and update training materials, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
