Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Process Engineer / Project Lead with a strong background in manufacturing operations and process improvement. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives focused on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
Analyze production workflows to identify efficiency, quality, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels to drive project success.
Develop and deliver presentations and project updates to stakeholders.
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex operational challenges.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
