As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at providing effective therapeutic interventions. Your key duties will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport through consistent interactions.
• Conducting regular client sessions to assess progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharges when appropriate.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Keeping up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client improvement and treatment adherence.
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history and needs effectively.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and participating in group therapy when applicable.
• Engaging in regular individual supervision and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.
• Fostering a growth mindset by participating in training and development opportunities.

Our clinicians primarily serve children and adolescents, focusing on their mental health and developmental needs. This role requires sensitivity and competence in assisting a diverse population dealing with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing client-centered approaches, you will play a vital role in guiding young clients through their therapeutic processes, facilitating healing and personal growth.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Capability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice.
• Strong foundational knowledge in therapeutic practices and ethical responsibilities.

In addition to the mandatory qualifications, the ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing assessments, diagnosis, and conducting both individual therapy and group sessions.
• Experience utilizing mental health record-keeping systems and telehealth platforms.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
