We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team at Elite Medical Health & Wellness. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective psychotherapy in individual or group sessions, both via telehealth and in-person, as needed.
• Maintain a collaborative approach by partnering with clients to set therapeutic goals, ensuring active participation in their recovery process.
• Create and sustain a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental counseling environment, promoting open communication and trust.
• Document clinical services comprehensively, including initial evaluations, progress and summary notes, adhering to state regulations and organizational standards.
• Regularly participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance service delivery and stay current on best practices.

You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families, fostering recovery and resilience through understanding and empathetic care tailored to their cultural and individual needs.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this role.
• A valid state licensing credential (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is mandatory to practice as per state regulations.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling role is essential, with demonstrated success in delivering effective therapy.
• Applicants must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and the broader healthcare team.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases while maintaining focus on patient-centered care.

• Experience working in telehealth settings is strongly preferred, as our remote model emphasizes virtual engagement.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
