What's Encouraged Daily:

  • Develop, review, and maintain system designs, specifications, and standards for highpurity gas systems.

  • Ensure system designs meet applicable codes, regulations, and material compatibility requirements.

  • Review capacity planning data and validate utilization, scenario impacts, and distribution system performance.

  • Provide engineering guidance to site teams during design development, construction, and commissioning.

  • Evaluate system performance and identify improvements to reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.

  • Conduct risk assessments, failure mode analyses, and eliminate single points of failure.

  • Maintain Best Known Methods (BKMs) and ensure consistent application across Micron sites.

  • Support Operations and Maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and subjectmatter expertise.

How To Qualify:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

  • 10+ years of experience with highpurity bulk and/or specialty gas systems.

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.

  • Experience supporting facilities systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and associated facilities systems.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and crossfunctional communication skills.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$107,000.00 - $221,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
