Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Front Desk to join our team! As a Medical Front Desk, you will be responsible for greeting patients who come in the door, checking them in, and pulling relevant patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate place, mail or fax documentation to the appropriate offices, and maintain excellent medical and correspondence records, as appropriate. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities 
  • Greet patients who walk through the door
  • Ascertain their needs and get them checked in
  • Pull their medical records, or take a new patient history
  • Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
  • Maintain comprehensive medical records, as needed
Qualifications
