Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

Under direction of the Executive Assistant to the CEO, provides administration support to Senior Leadership, coordinates communication between department directors and staff.

What you will do in the role:

  • Types correspondence and other materials on a variety of general and technical topics, some of which are of a highly confidential nature.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Administrative offices.
  • Coordinates all Administrative files; assists in the coordination and maintenance of all records to assure compliance with all JCAHO and other regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Ensures renewal for all hospital licenses and permits.
  • Attends meetings and prepares minutes as needed. Maintains calendars and makes calendar appointments for all executives in Administration.
  • Maintains database for Hospital contracts. Create and maintain physician contracts in upside.
  • Schedules hospital-wide meetings and classes; Prepares and distributes monthly master calendar.
  • Maintains status as Notary Public.
  • Assists Executive Assistant with projects as needed.
  • Assist with typing for all Administrative policies and procedures.
  • Answers telephone and screens visitors and responds to their questions exercising discretion and judgment or relays information to appropriate person.
  • Requisitions needed office supplies.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Associate's Degree is preferred
  • 3 years experience required
