Som en del av NOC-teamet vil du ha ansvar for tjenesteovervking og teknisk support for lsningene levert av NEP Norway. Du vil jobbe tett sammen med Engineering-teamet og andre supportteam, og vre ansvarlig for Incident Management, Problem Management og Change Management. Du vil inng i teamets vaktordning og bakvakt rotasjon.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Oppdage, analysere og validere feil rapportert fra vre overvkningsystemer og andre kilder
  • Oppflging av feilsking, med pflgende oppdatering av kunder via ticket system
  • Forsl forbedringer av prober og grenseverdier
  • Delta i interne og kundebaserte systemutrullings- og konfigurasjonsprosjekter

Kvalifikasjoner

  • 4+ rs arbeidserfaring med strre IT milj eller sammenlignbare miljer
  • Erfaring med verkty for monitorering av IT-systemer
  • Praktisk erfaring med feilsking i Linux-systemer
  • God forstelse for grunnleggende nettverksprinsipper (OSI-lagene, multicast, TCP/IP)
  • Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og gode problemlsningsevner med hy grad av nyaktighet
  • Erfaring med ITIL
  • Engelsk (flytende profesjonelt niv) og norsk (grunnleggende arbeidsniv, med vilje til bli flytende). Andre sprk er en fordel siden vi samarbeider med internasjonale kunder og partnere.
