Job description

Shift: Weekdays, 7:30a-4p.
The Medical Education Analyst- Graduate Medical Education supports the effective coordination and execution of graduate medical education (GME) programs, including resident and fellow rotations and other healthcare students.. This role works under the guidance of program leadership to ensure all scheduling, onboarding, evaluation, and compliance processes are aligned with accreditation and institutional requirements. The analyst manages key data systems, coordinates orientation and access needs, and provides logistical and administrative support to faculty, residents, and students.

Required Qualifications: 
  • Associate Degree in Education, Business, Heathcare, Administrative Support, or equivalent
  • Three years progressive experience in an administrative,  or coordinator position in education, health care, or another related field

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Three years experience as a GME program coordinator
  • Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education Certification (TAGME)
